Why did this happen?
Glitches and errors in new versions of software should be identified and fixed prior to any launch date. Samsung and Apple have teams of developers who use and test the new software before it’s made available to the general public, so it’s difficult to speculate exactly how this latest Samsung update error has occurred, only time will tell.
What should you do?
Aside from waiting for Samsung to make an announcement, you can bring your device phone into Fone Fix and have the operating system reinstalled, in almost all cases this will bring your phone back to life. However, any information or data stored on the phone that hasn’t been backed up will be lost forever. As this issue seems to be directly linked to the latest software update, It’s likely that Samsung will introduce a solution to the problem with a future update.
What if you haven’t backed up your data?
If you’ve not made a backup prior to the update, don’t panic, we might be able to get it all back. Fone Fix is Australia’s most experienced data recovery experts and can recover lost information from every scenario imaginable. In the rare event we are unsuccessful, we do not charge you for the recovery attempt.
