We provide Insurance reporting services for damaged and faulty mobile phones. Your report can then be used to support your claim for repair or replacement.

Service Diagnostic Report

Bring, post or have your device couriered to us at our stores in Sydney’s CBD or Bondi Junction. The device will be assessed by our technicians and you will be emailed the report detailing the service diagnosis outcome. Produce the report to your insurance provider for assistance with your claim for repair or replacement.

  • Your device is B.E.R

    Beyond Economic Repair and can’t be fixed, and the sole purpose of the Service Report is to replace your device through your Insurance Provider.

  • Your device is damaged and needs to be repaired

    Your Insurance may cover damage that can be repaired, Service Reports and Tax Invoices are available at Fone Fix to help assist with your claim.

  • Your device is B.E.R
