How long does it take to replace my Samsung Battery?
Depending on stock availability, the replacement can be completed within 1 hour upon arrival. If the back of your Samsung is made from glass, in some cases this will also need replacing if it gets damaged during the removal, unfortunately this is a requirement in order for our technicians to gain access to the battery. If this happens, we would only charge you cost price for the back glass that is around $20-$30.
What if replacing my Battery doesn’t work?
In some rare instances, about one in ten, the charging problem is not battery replaced and could be an issue with the battery IC on the main board. This chip can get worn out over time and can simply fail, thats why it’s always good practice to use an original wall charger to prevent irregular volt fluctuations surging through the chip. In the event that your main board is damaged we would assess the device as beyond repair and would recommend a replacement as opposed to attempt the microchip repair.
How do I maintain my battery health?

Your Samsung is powered with lithium-ion that has fast charging capabilities, lasts longer, has a higher power density and are super lightweight compared to older power sources. They are designed to quickly charge up to 80% of its full capacity and then restricts the charge speed accordingly.
