How much does it cost to replace my phone charging port connector?

The vast majority of phone repair stores will unfortunately charge you the full price of replacing the port without actually replacing it, at Fone fix we only charge you for the services that you need.

How long does it take to replace my charging port? 

Assuming that your connector is actually damaged and need replacing, this can be fixed within 15 minutes upon arrival at any Fone Fix store. If your phone battery has been powered off for a while and is totally flat, it could take some time for it to turn back on and show that it’s actually taking a charge, this can sightly extend the repair turnaround time.

The port replacement service would only be required if the internal pins are damaged or there has been exposure to moisture and the pins are corroded. This only affects around 5% to 10% of devices. Bring your phone to us and we can probably just clean it out for $50.00. If this doesn’t fix the problem, we can replace the port and will not charge your for the cleaning attempt.
